We ship via USPS. All orders received by 2:00 pm, will be processed and shipped out the same business day. Orders received after 2:00pm, will be processed and shipped out the next business day. WE DO NOT SHIP on weekends and holidays.

INTERNATIONAL shipping fee is determined by the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package. Your final invoice will include total purchased order amount and the total shipping fees.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our customer's satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please feel free to return it for exchange or a full refund. All returns must be made within 7days of receipt. All returns made after 7 days, 14 days maximum, will be charged 10% restocking fee. VAVITHO will not accept damaged, used, or unclean items.
